Finding Costume Accessories

Costume accessories can be every bit as important as the costume itself. Would you be able to tell a witch from a scary looking old lady without the telltale pointed hat? I don't think so. What about an accessory belt for all of Batman's gadgets and gizmos? Seem like a must have for any Batman costumes.

So why is it that so many costumes don't' come with very many (or any) costume accessories? Well we all know the answer to that one, less stuff keeps the cost lower. Then you can add on costume accessories in an a la carte fashion, assuming you live in an area that has a decent costume or theatrics type of store.

Not only do costume accessories add to a costume, but they make similar costumes stand apart from









each other. It's alright if you and your friend both show up as pirates, so long as you each have a different set of costume accessories, right?

So, what do you do if the local Spencer's Gifts doesn't have the princes wand or utility belt you need to really spice up your next Halloween costume (we all know they don't have anything except for maybe a magic wand or two)? The internet solves all problems.

Just hop online and take a journey to eBay or some other online auction marketplace. You can browse through hundreds of auctions for costumes and costume accessories. Since a few years ago when I discovered this wonderful costume resource, it's the only place I'll go to purchase costumes and costume accessories for me and my children.

And talk about costume accessories; there's simply no better place to find separate costume accessories and costume accessory packs to add to your next Halloween costume. Try it out or yourself. I bet you never go back to the local costume store again!
